Ingredients

  • 1 bottle soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup olive oil

Directions

    Fine mince the garlic cloves, set aside.

    Add all other ingredients in 2 quart sauce pan, add minced garlic and cook on low heat for 30 minutes.

    Let cool at room temp, then refrigerate.

    Good for marinade on chicken, pork and beef.
