- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. cottage cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 small to medium onions, chopped
- 1 oz. can mushrooms
- 1 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Mix the cheeses and sour cream together in a large bowl; set aside.

2Cook spaghetti.

3Brown beef and fry onions together.

4Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms; simmer for about 7 minutes.

5Drain the spaghetti and mix it with cheese mixture.

6Spread it in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch glass baking dish.

7Pour sauce over it.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
