- 12 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 3 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 (14 ounce) can tomatoes, with liquid
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 12 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 34 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1In a 4 quart soup kettle saute onion, garlic, in oil until tender.

2Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes.

4Top individual servings with cheese and serve with tortilla chips or strips.
