- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick oleo
- 4 c. cooked squash
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Drain and mash.

3Melt oleo and add to stuffing mix.

4Add soup, sour cream and onion to the squash. Add 1/2 of stuffing mix to squash and mix.

5Put about 3/4 of remaining stuffing mix on the bottom of a casserole dish.

6Put squash mixture over this.

7Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.

8Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
