Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 4 c. cooked squash

Directions

    Cook squash until tender.

    Drain and mash.

    Melt oleo and add to stuffing mix.
  4. 4
    Add soup, sour cream and onion to the squash. Add 1/2 of stuffing mix to squash and mix.

    Put about 3/4 of remaining stuffing mix on the bottom of a casserole dish.

    Put squash mixture over this.

    Sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
