  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 can crushed pineapple

Directions

    In one bowl cream together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. In another bowl mix lemon Jell-O and water.

    In another very large bowl mix whipping cream until fluffy.

    Put first mixture in with whipping cream.

    Mix together.

    Then add Jell-O then pineapple. Pour into graham cracker pie shell.

    Makes 3 pies.

    Refrigerate for 8 hours.
