  • 2 cans Frito-Lay bean dip (7 oz. can)
  • 1 c. mayo
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco dry mix
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 avocados
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 3 green onions, sliced in small rounds
  • 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1 c. shredded cheese

Directions

    Combine mayo, sour cream and dry mix.

    Mash avocados and combine with lemon juice.

    Layer bean dip, mashed avocados (to within 1/4-inch of bean dip at edges), mayo and sour cream with taco seasoning, cheese, tomatoes, green onions and ripe olives.
