Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans bean dip
  • 1 large bunch green onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans pitted ripe olives
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheese
  • 1 large pkg. (8 oz. or larger) tortilla chips

Directions

    Peel and mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    In another bowl, combine sour cream, mayo and taco seasoning mix. Mix bean dips together, chop onions and tomatoes, drain olives and slice.

    Spread bean dip on large shallow platter, top with avocado mixture, layer with sour cream/taco mixture, spread with chopped onion, tomatoes and sliced olives and cover with cheese.

    Serve chilled or at room temperature with tortilla chips and jalapeno peppers on the side.
