- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. cornstarch
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1Thoroughly blend butter and sugar; combine with flour and cornstarch mixture.

3Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, until just pale golden in color.

4If baked too long, shortbread will be hard.
