- 2 medium size, black-skinned avocados
- 2 tsp. fresh lime or lemon juice
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. seeded and finely chopped fresh or canned green chili pepper
- 1 Tbsp. minced, fresh cilantro or parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Halve the avocados lengthwise and scoop the flesh into a medium size bowl.

2Add the lime juice and salt.

3Mash with a fork, mixing well.

4Add the green onions, tomato, garlic, green chili pepper and cilantro.

5Blend well.

6Serve with tortilla chips.
