- 1 medium can whole tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Pan-fry ground beef until light brown in skillet; drain fat.

3Add onions and pepper; cook until onions are tender.

4Stir in rest of ingredients; heat until warm.

5Pour into a casserole dish.
