  • 1 can (391 g) refrigerated pizza crust
  • 1-3/4 cups refried black beans
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Mozza-Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup tightly packed shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

    Heat oven to 400F.

    Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface; roll to 1/8-inch thickness.

    Use 3-3/4-inch biscuit cutter to cut dough into 16 rounds, rerolling scraps as necessary.

    Press 1 dough round onto bottom and up side of each of 16 muffin pan cups.

    Fill with beans, adding about 2 Tbsp.
