- 1 (7 oz.) can whole green chilies
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs (large)
- 3 c. whole milk
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- salsa
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Spray 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish with Pam.

3Split chilies and discard seeds.

4Arrange chilies on bottom of baking dish and top with combined cheeses.

5In a bowl, beat eggs.

6Add milk and biscuit mix.

7Blend well and pour over cheese. Bake at 325° for 50 to 55 minutes or until golden brown at edges. Serve with salsa.

8Salt to taste.
