- 1/2 cup crushed red pepper
- 1 cup Adkins bbq season
- 1 cup black pepper
- 1/2 can garlic powder
- 1/2 cup onion powder
Directions

1Place meat in container let rest in soy sauce and beef stock over night

2Mix all seasoning together and blanket brisket (you can't over season so the more the better )

3Get smoker to about 250 (leave uncovered let meat grab smoke) remember to not put meat close to heat source

4After 4 hours cover brisket with foil and let cook for 6 more hours

5At about 10 hours remove brisket from smoker and let rest for 45 mins

6Slice or chop
