- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 c. coconut (small can)
- 1 small pkg. instant coconut pudding
- 1 small pkg. vanilla pudding
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Cream flour, butter and pecans together; pat into 9 x 12 x 2-inch pan.

2Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

3Freeze for 1 hour.

4Mix cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip together.

5Spread over crust. Sprinkle with half of coconut.

6Prepare pudding by mixing with milk for 3 minutes.

7Spread over cheese layer.

8Top with Cool Whip and remaining coconut.

9Chill overnight.
