- 2 sticks butter
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 c. water
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Combine butter, water and cocoa in pan.

2Bring to a boil.

3Mix flour and sugar together.

4Pour cocoa mixture over flour and sugar. Mix well.

5Add the egg, vanilla and sour cream and mix well.

6Pour in greased 13 x 18-inch pan and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Fifteen minutes before cake is done, prepare icing.
