  • 1 cup celery, Chopped
  • 1 small onion, Chopped
  • 1 cup green pepper, Chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can white shoepeg corn
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (14 ounce) can black-eyed peas
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos (small)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 34 cup vinegar
  • 12 cup oil
  • 1 cup sugar

    Drain and rinse all canned veggies.

    Chop all veggies and place in a container.

    Pour sauce (recipe below) over vegetables in the container and marinade mixture overnight.

    In a small saucepan, combine salt, pepper, water, vinegar, oil, and sugar.
