- 1 cup green pepper, Chopped

- 1 (14 ounce) can pinto beans
- 1 (14 ounce) can black-eyed peas
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos (small)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon water
- 34 cup vinegar
- 12 cup oil
- 1 cup sugar
Directions

1Drain and rinse all canned veggies.

2Chop all veggies and place in a container.

3Pour sauce (recipe below) over vegetables in the container and marinade mixture overnight.

5In a small saucepan, combine salt, pepper, water, vinegar, oil, and sugar.
