- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 large chopped onions
- 2 cloves, chopped garlic
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato puree
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Directions

1In skillet brown meat.

2Drain.

3Turn beef, simmer.

4Add all remaining ingredients and stir to blend.

5Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours.

6Skim excess fat.
