Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 2 large chopped onions
  • 2 cloves, chopped garlic
  • 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
  • 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney beans, drained
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato puree
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

    In skillet brown meat.

    Turn beef, simmer.

    Add all remaining ingredients and stir to blend.

    Cover and cook 7 to 9 hours.
