  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. coconut
  • 1 tsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Beat eggs well; melt butter and add all ingredients together. Mix well and pour in unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.
