- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. butter
- 8 oz. fresh or frozen cooked crabmeat, flaked
- 3/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
Directions

1Cook and drain spinach.

2Slowly melt butter; add onion and saute.

3Add spinach, crab, cheese and sherry and heat thoroughly. Serve with Triscuits or Wheat Thins.
