- 1 lb. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Drain peppers.

2Seed, stem and chop.

3Combine with grated cheese.

4Sprinkle on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Pour beaten eggs over cheese and pepper mixture.

6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 350° oven.
