  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 12 medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 small garlic clove, finely diced
  • 12 tablespoon salt
  • 2 sprigs fresh cilantro, minced

    Cut avocados in half and remove pits.

    Scoop avocado pulp into bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Mash pulp with fork and stir in remaining ingredients until well-blended.
