- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2In large skillet, cook meat, onion and pepper.

4Stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, chili powder and pepper.

5Heat through.

6Pour into 2-quart casserole.
