  • 3 Large Sliced Onions
  • 1 Large Green Pepper Minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil
  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 2 lb. Can Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Cup Washed Uncooked Rice
  • 1 tsp. Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Black Pepper

Directions

    Saute onions & bell pepper in oil until yellow. Drain and add ground beef, fry until it falls apart. Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased 2 qt. casserole dish, cover & bake at 350 for 1 hour, 15 minutes uncovered.
