- 2 medium onions
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. fat
- 1 c. cooked tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- dash of pepper
- 1 small green pepper, minced
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Saute onions and green pepper in hot fat until yellow.

3Add ground beef and fry until mixture falls apart.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Pour into greased 1-quart baking dish.

6Cover and bake for 1 hour, removing cover last 15 minutes.

7Serve hot.
