- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked regular rice
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of black pepper
Directions

1Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper.

2Drain off fat and stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper and heat through.

3Pour into ungreased 2-quart casserole.

4Cover; bake 1 hour
