- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 2 c. tomatoes or juice
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Saute onions and peppers in ground beef until brown.

2Drain. Stir in tomatoes, rice, salt, pepper and chili powder.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Remove cover for the last 15 minutes.

5If dry, add more tomato juice.

6May be put in crock-pot on low, 1 to 3 hours.
