- 3 large onions, chopped
- 2 medium green peppers, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. tomatoes (juice and all)
Directions

1Saute onions and green peppers in 3 tablespoons of oil until onions are yellow.

2Add ground beef and brown.

3Drain off grease and add salt, pepper, chili powder, rice and tomatoes.

4Mix well and pour into casserole dish.

5Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
