- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook hamburger until crumbly.

2Add onions and green pepper. Cook until pepper is tender.

3Stir in tomatoes, rice, chili powder, salt and pepper.

4Pour into 2-quart baking dish.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

6Uncover last 15 minutes.
