  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers

    Spray one 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with Pam.

    Mix first 6 ingredients. Spread in pan.

    Mix next 2 ingredients. Spread on top of first mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
