- 32 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pt. sour cream (12 oz.)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion or 2 Tbsp. dehydrated
- 10 oz. or 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Directions

1Defrost potatoes.

2Combine butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.

3Mix and add potatoes.

4Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch casserole.

5Layer with corn flakes and butter.

6Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
