  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded cheese (American, Velveeta or Cheddar)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. diced onions

Directions

    Thaw potatoes on cookie sheet.

    Mix all ingredients together, except cornflakes and 2 tablespoons melted margarine.

    Put into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
