  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa

Directions

    Mix flour, sugar and salt.

    Whisk together eggs, soda, buttermilk, vanilla and cinnamon.

    Bring oleo, water and cocoa to a boil over medium heat.

    Pour over egg and buttermilk mix.

    Add flour mix.

    Pour onto a greased and floured cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.
