  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sour cream

Directions

    Bring margarine, water and cocoa to boil.

    Remove from heat when it boils.

    Add (pre-measured) flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

    Beat in eggs and sour cream.

    Bake in a 17 x 13 x 1-inch pan (cookie sheet/jelly roll pan), greased and floured, for 22 minutes at 350°.

    Do not overbake.
