- 1 pkg. firm tofu
- 1 c. vegetarian chili (Chiliman is best)
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. tamari
- 1/2 c. wheat germ
- 1 Tbsp. corn oil
Directions

1Beat eggs with tamari.

2Slice tofu in 1/2-inch thick slices. Dip in egg mixture, then bread with wheat germ.

3Flash fry in oil in nonstick pan. Turn once.

4Lower heat.

5Pour remaining egg mixture over tofu slices.

6As soon as it's set, sprinkle cheese over top. Cover and turn off heat.

7Warm chili. As soon as cheese is melted, slide entire tofu dish onto platter.

8Top with chili. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, raw onions, grated cheese and salsa.
