  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    To eggs; add flour, salt, milk, chilies and cheese; beat well. Pour into a flat, well greased 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.

    Let stand 5 minutes and cut into tiny squares.
