- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons red onions, minced
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 14 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 12 teaspoon honey
- 12 lime, juice of
- 12 cup cooked brown rice
- 8 cabbage leaves
- 14 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 12 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 12 tablespoons coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter, melted
- 12 lime, juice of
- 18 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Directions

1Heat the sesame oil in a medium sized skillet over medium heat.

2Add the garlic and onion and saute 3 or 4 minutes.

3Add the ground beef and cook through.

4Drain any excess liquid and return to stove.

5Reduce heat to low and add the chili sauce, crushed red pepper, ground ginger, honey, lime juice, and brown rice.

6Toss to mix thoroughly.

7Remain on low heat.

8To make the sauce, in a Bowl, whisk together the sweet chili saice, rice vinegar, coconut milk, honey, melted peanut butter, lime juice, ginger and soy sauce.

9Set aside.

10Heat a large pot of water until boiling.

11Add the cabbage leaves 2 or 3 at a time for 2 or 3 minutes.

12Removed and submerge in ice water.

13Pat dry.

14Spoon in the beef mixture and drizzle with sauce.
