- 2 swordfish steaks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup of fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon nam pla (fish sauce)
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- sea salt
Directions

1Sprinkle a little sea salt over the fish.

2Heat the oil in a very hot skillet.

3Cook the fish in the skillet for about 4 minutes each side, or until cooked to your liking.

4Meanwhile, put remaining ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake vigorously.

5Serve the fish with a little of the sauce drizzled over.
