- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Thai Yellow Curry Paste
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground White Pepper
- 3 cups Seafood Stock
- 2 cups Plain Couscous
- 1/3 cups Chiffonade Of Thai Basil, Lightly Packed
Directions

1In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil. Add curry paste and white pepper, cook for 30 seconds. Stir in stock and bring mixture to a boil. Add couscous and remove pan from heat. Let it sit on low heat, covered, about 5-6 minutes. Remove the lid and fluff the couscous with a fork.

2Garnish with Thai basil chiffonades before serving.
