  • 12 ounces cooked steak or turkey
  • 8 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/4 cucumber cut in matchsticks
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon hot chili fresh minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated or minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
  • 12 cilantro sprigs fresh

Directions

    Roast meat.

    Combine soy, juice, vinegar, chili, garlic, oils and ginger.

    Thinly slice meat into bite size pieces.

    Dress with 1/2 salad dressing.
