  • 1/4 cups Crunchy Peanut Butter, Melted
  • 1- 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 Tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Canola Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons Dried Cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoons Freshly Grated Ginger
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/4 cups (heaping) Salted, Roasted Peanuts
  • 1/4 cups (packed) Shredded, Sweetened Coconut

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a medium bowl combine peanut butter, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, garlic powder, cilantro, and ginger.

    Stir in oats, peanuts, and coconut.

    Spread onto a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.

    Stirring once halfway through cooking.

    Let cool completely and store in an airtight container.
