Thai Squid Mango Salad

- 3 Squids
- 1 Big ripe mango
- 2 Lemon grass
- 1 Chilli
- 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Lime
- 1 small bunch of coriander
Directions

1Cut the squids into squares

2Cut the lemongrass and squash them with mortar and pestle

3Marinate the squids in lemongrass, cubed chillies, a sweet chilli sauce

4Cube the mango and stick it into a big bowl with coriander

5Fry the squid till cooked

6Add the squid I'm the bowl and squeeze in the lemon juice

7Stir well and enjoy !
