Double Cheddar & Chicken Burritos

  • 1 jar ragu cheesy sauce 1 lb., Double Cheddar
  • 15 ounces kidney beans 1 can, black or red, rinsed and drained
  • 8 ounces chicken shredded cooked
  • 1 cup rice cooked
  • 8 flour tortillas 6-in., fajita size
  • 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese about 2 oz

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°. Combine 1-1/4 cups Double Cheddar Sauce, beans, chicken and rice in large bowl. Evenly spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto tortillas, then roll.

    Arrange tortillas in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray; top with remaining Sauce. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese. Continue baking 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are heated through. Serve, if desired, with shredded lettuce, sour cream and guacamole.
