  • 2 whole Pieces Of Naan; Homemade Or Store Bought
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 whole Baby Carrots, Thinly Sliced
  • 18 cups Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 block Firm Tofu, 14-16 Ounce Block
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 18 cups Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • Water, To Thin To Desired Consistency

    Preheat oven to 350 F. 2.

    Cut the firm tofu into rectangular slices and set aside in a medium sized bowl.

    In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients for the baked tofu.

    Then pour this over the tofu and toss the tofu to coat.

    Spread out the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the ingredients for your peanut sauce.

    Set aside.

    Once your tofu in done baking, top your naan with the peanut sauce, cheeses, carrots and tofu.

    Bake pizzas for 10 minutes at 350 F or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
