- 1 small pork roast
- 1 small beef roast
- 2 small onions, sliced
- 2 to 3 small potatoes, sliced
- tomato juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Boil pork and beef roasts until tender; cool, then slice. Layer roasts, potatoes and onions.

2Cover with broth and tomato juice.

3Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 400° until potatoes are done.

4Serve with homemade biscuits.
