Ingredients

  • 1 small pork roast
  • 1 small beef roast
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 2 to 3 small potatoes, sliced
  • tomato juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Boil pork and beef roasts until tender; cool, then slice. Layer roasts, potatoes and onions.

    Cover with broth and tomato juice.

    Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Bake at 400° until potatoes are done.

    Serve with homemade biscuits.
