The Best Deviled Eggs

  • 6 whole Eggs
  • 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Paprika

    Hard boil the eggs. When they're done, shell them and slice them in half. Lay the halves on a large dinner plate. Carefully remove the yolks and put them in a mixing bowl. Using a fork, mash the yolks until they are broken up. Some people like chunks, some don't-it's up to you.

    After removing all the yolks, add the mayo, mustard, and vinegar. I sometimes add a tiny bit more vinegar and/or mustard. Taste and see what you like. Stir it all together. Once combined, use a spoon to scoop the mixture back into the empty egg halves.

    (If you want to get really fancy, you can put the mixture in a piping bag and pipe it into the eggs.)

    Lightly dust the tops of the eggs with paprika.
