- 3/4 pounds, 3/8 ounces, weight Oats
- 5-1/3 ounces, weight Coconut Flakes
- 6-1/4 ounces, weight Nuts And/or Seeds
- 3-5/8 ounces, weight Dried Fruit

- 3-5/8 ounces, weight Light Brown Sugar
- 3-5/8 ounces, weight Maple Syrup
- 3/4 ounces, weight Honey
- 3-5/8 ounces, weight Olive Oil
- 1/4 ounces, weight Cinnamon
- 1/4 ounces, weight Salt
Directions

1Combine all dry ingredients except dried fruit in a large mixing bowl. Pour all syrup ingredients over dried ingredients and mix until completely coated. Lay on 2 large parchment-lined sheet trays and bake at 250°F for 1 1/2 hours.
