Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs of 85% ground chuck
  • 1 large egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 12 teaspoons mrs. dash steak seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 14 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 cup cold water
  • 1 -2 tablespoon per burger crumbled blue cheese (optional- any cheese to your liking will do just fine)

    Put meat in a bowl.

    Add slightly beaten egg.

    Add remainder of ingredients- except Blue Cheese.

    Mix all ingredients.

    For each burger you need two patties.

    (TIP: in your bowl, divide your meat into 4-6 portions- depending on how big you want your burger.

    We made 4 big and 1 smaller burger).

    Put one patty on plate, add blue cheese, then put a second patty on top, sealing the edges- that's one burger.

    Assemble remaining burgers.

    Grill to preference.
