Ingredients
- 1 12 lbs of 85% ground chuck
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1 12 teaspoons mrs. dash steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup cold water
- 1 -2 tablespoon per burger crumbled blue cheese (optional- any cheese to your liking will do just fine)
Directions

1Put meat in a bowl.

2Add slightly beaten egg.

3Add remainder of ingredients- except Blue Cheese.

4Mix all ingredients.

5For each burger you need two patties.

6(TIP: in your bowl, divide your meat into 4-6 portions- depending on how big you want your burger.

7We made 4 big and 1 smaller burger).

8Put one patty on plate, add blue cheese, then put a second patty on top, sealing the edges- that's one burger.

9Assemble remaining burgers.

10Grill to preference.
