  • 6 slice Ham
  • 100 ml White flour
  • 1 egg Beaten egg
  • 200 ml Panko
  • 1 Frying oil
  • 1 Shredded cabbage
  • 1 lemon, grain mustard, sauce

Directions

    Group 3 slices of ham together and coat with flour.

    Dip in beaten egg, and coat in panko.

    Heat the oil until 340F/170C, and fry until golden brown.

    Arrange on top of shredded cabbage in a bento box.

    Serve with lemon and grain mustard.
