- 8 chicken breasts
- 1 c. olive oil
- 3/4 c. fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. crushed or minced garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Place chicken in baking dish, leaving skin on.

2Mix remaining ingredients in a large measuring cup.

3Pour over chicken.

4Place in refrigerator at least 1 hour (overnight is best).

5When ready to bake, turn oven to 350°.

6Leave chicken out at room temperature for 1/2 hour.

7Pour 1 cup white wine over chicken and sauce.

8Bake for 1 hour.
