- 3 chicken breasts
- 1 green onion
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- crushed red pepper flakes
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey, plus more
- garam masala
- 12 carrot
- 4 slices thin wheat bread (or flatbread)

1Use a fork to stir peanut butter, oil, pepper flakes, pepper, and honey into a smooth mixture.
